Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are an essential part of Muscoot Farm. We have a wide variety of volunteer programs to suit the
needs of those interested.
Volunteer position Available at Muscoot Farm
Farmers' Market Volunteers will assist the market manager at the Farmer Market on Sundays. They will help set-up and take down the
market, may also staff a booth during market hours. Volunteer position is available May to October.
Visitor Center Volunteers will greet visitors and provide general information about the farm.
Herb Garden and Vegetable Garden Volunteers will assist the Master Gardeners in the garden, planting, watering, weeding and
maintaining the garden. May also help with programs relating to the garden.
Museum Docent Greets visitors in the museum and provides information about the history of the farm to visitors.
May also present programs to small groups.
Special Events and Programs Volunteers will assist with special events and program. This opportunity is when needed and usually on
weekends.
Please note: We do not have volunteer positions available for those interested in interacting with the animals.

How to become a volunteer
Adults over the age of 18 are eligible to be a volunteer.
