Muscoot Farm is proud to work with interns from local high schools to further their experience in agriculture, environmental conservation, historic preservation, and education.
Join our internship program exclusively designed for high school seniors at Muscoot Farm. This immersive experience covers a wide array of activities including livestock care, animal sciences, horticulture, crop cultivation, and historical preservation. Interns will forge meaningful connections with our diverse animal residents, gaining invaluable insights into their well-being.
Throughout the internship, participants will actively engage in the daily operations of the farm, acquiring practical skills and in-depth knowledge of agriculture. This experience is tailored to provide a comprehensive education, seamlessly blending hands-on training with enriching educational opportunities.

Recommended Requirements:
We are seeking senior high school students from local communities who are eager to immerse themselves in farm activities on a dedicated basis. Candidates must be able to commit to a schedule between Tuesday and Saturday between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. The ideal candidate will commit to 16-20 hours per week, participating in our spring session from April to June. We require a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. If you do not meet the recommended requirements, we encourage you to still apply!
